4. Warranty and Delivery

We guarantee that the account credentials provided to you will be functional upon delivery. Delivery is typically completed within 5-15 minutes after payment verification. We provide a replacement warranty for the duration specified in your purchased plan. If an account stops working within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge, provided you have not violated any usage terms.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the purchased accounts and our website if you are found to be violating these terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials publicly, changing passwords on shared accounts, or using the accounts for illegal activities. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
